Recruitment
Dear PNM,
My name is Chloe Kelly, and I am absolutely thrilled and honored to serve as the Vice President of Membership Experience for the Beta Tau chapter for the 2024-2025 year! Recruitment is one of my favorite aspects about being in Tri Delta, because it’s a wonderful chance to showcase the magic of our sisterhood and why it’s so impactful. I truly hope you come to see why I am so passionate about our chapter!
Reflecting on my own recruitment journey as a freshman, I remember feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty about the process. During the course of my first semester, I found an incredible community of Panhellenic women who were not only relatable but also inspirational. Coincidentally, these women all happened to be members of Tri Delta. Tri Delta was a breath of fresh air for me before I was even a member. It was a place where I could truly be myself and
feel supported by those around me. The women who came before me were (and still are) role models as I navigate life.
My journey with Tri Delta has been filled with personal growth. It also is so FUN! I get to live in a house with seven other amazing Tri Deltas—yes, seven! It is as fun as it sounds, and it’s a testament to the supportive and joyful environment we cultivate.
If you’re feeling a bit nervous or uncertain about recruitment, I want to encourage you to stay open-minded and engage with the Panhellenic community. I’m grateful that Baylor has deferred recruitment because it gives you the opportunity to learn about all the chapters before
recruitment even begins. Events like Panhellenic Previews and Late Night are fantastic ways to meet new people and explore the community.
Tri Delta was founded with the principle of being “kind alike to all,” and I can attest that this is at the heart of everything we do. Our sisterhood embodies love and kindness, and these values are what make our friendships so unique.
My challenge to you is this: stay true to yourself, put your best foot forward, and remain authentic throughout the process. Think about the women you admire - the women who you may not yet be like yet but you aspire to emulate someday. It’s the character of the women in Tri Delta that drew me in and makes me proud to be a Tri Delta every single day. I am a better person because of my time in Tri Delta! I hope you too can see why Tri Delta holds such a special place in my heart, and the hearts of our members.
We can’t wait to meet you!!
Delta love,
Letter from Vice President of
Membership Experience

Why Tri Delta?
References & Referrals
“References” are a wonderful way for Tri Delta Alum to advocate for a Potential New Member (PNM). Though these are not required for a PNM to be considered by the chapter, they are a great way for the chapter to identify women who are interested in Tri Delta membership. All submissions are greatly appreciated and equitably considered by the Tri Delta Recruitment Team.
“Referrals” allow for the chapter to learn of a PNM’s interest through non-Tri Delta members or even the PNM herself.
Both of these official forms of advocacy can be accessed and submitted through the official website, TriDelta.org, using the link below:

Any printed recommendations or additional materials can be mailed to the chapter by the following mailing address:

About Recruitment
Hi! I’m Elle Kalcik and I am so excited to be serving as the Director of Recruitment Events for the MC’25 Recruitment season! The recruitment process is such a special way to connect with older girls on campus and build lifelong friendships. Tri Delta is a community of encouraging, kind, inspiring, thoughtful, and radiant women. The friendships I’ve developed through being in Tri Delta have shaped who I am and made me a better person. I am continually inspired by how my sisters carry themselves and walk through life. I hope that as you go through the recruitment process, you feel intentionally pursued by the women of Tri Delta. Our chapter is so excited to meet you and get to know your heart. I know they will uplift you every day without fail, as they’ve done for me.
There are many opportunities to get involved with Tri Delta throughout the semester before recruitment week. You can come see us at Late Night on August 30th, or come to one of our four Panhellenic Previews in our chapter room in Stacey Riddle. Panhellenic Previews are open to everybody and are a great way to meet lots of girls. We’d love it if you came by to hang out with us, we’re the first door to the right on the second floor!
